We have been part of the Greater Wenatchee Valley serving both Chelan and Douglas counties for over 75 years.  Jim Blair has successfully managed this company for the last 35 of those years.  In September of 2008 he bought the local branches from LandAmerica and is now acting president and CEO under our new name, “North Meridian Title & Escrow, LLC.”  His vast knowledge of the title and escrow industry in conjunction with his long time successful management of the local operations brings expertise that is truly immeasurable.  He is deeply entrenched in the real estate market and is entirely committed to protecting property owner’s rights.  He holds a position on the BIAW (Building Industry Association of Washington) Legislator Policy Committee and Washington State Affordable Housing Committee.  He cares a great deal for the community in which he lives and it shows.
