ADDITIONALLY when closing takes place in our escrow department there is an additional 10% reduction in the title premium of an owner’s policy (seller) and 5% reduction on the lenders title policy (buyer in a sale) for the following policy types: Short Term Rate; Simultaneous Issue; Residential Resale and Prior Title Evidence.
