CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT:    Provides Property Profiles (Listing Packets) to Customers.   It is best to provide two pieces of the following information to cross reference and identify the correct parcel: 

Owners Name; address; parcel number; legal description.

PRELIMINARY TITLE REPORT (new order):  Provided to Realtors at the time of listing a property or at the time of signed Real Estate Purchase and Sale Agreement.  Also to Lenders/Mortgage brokers handling financing/refinance.  There are two main contacts below to place an order. 

Please include as much of the following as possible for faster service:

1. Sellers contact information including current address, home & cell phone numbers
2. All property information to be included in the sale, i.e., address, parcel #, legal description if available.
3. Sale price 
4. Buyers contact information including address, home & cell phone numbers
5. Copy of the Purchase and Sale agreement including any addendums or legal contract with all specifics agreed upon between all parties
6. Name of the lender and loan amount if available
7. Name of requested Escrow Officer, otherwise it will be assigned and you will be contacted with all open order information by your Officer.

NORTH MERIDIAN CONTRACT COLLECTIONS, LLC:   For Promissory Notes, Real Estate Contracts, Rentals & Leases

Provides service for monthly statements; payment notification; annual 1098 & 1099 interest statements; send out delinquency notices and follow up notices to maker; maintain impound accounts for taxes and/or hazard insurance upon request; electronic deposits to receivers upon request, electronic debit of maker’s checking account upon request, maintain true escrow accounts to hold the original Notes and release documents.  North Meridian Contract Collections, LLC, as a third party agency, will eliminate future disputes over calculating balances owed and handle credit inquiry questions regarding payment history.
