Jim Blair has been in the title and escrow business for over 35 years. His first position was as an Escrow Officer in 1968 in Reno, Nevada. He was promoted to manager in 1970. He moved to the Wenatchee Valley and became the vice president and county manager of what was then Transamerica Title in 1976. Jim received his LPO certification in 1984. In September 2008, he bought the four local branches of LandAmerica Transnation Title and is now proud owner under the new name, North Meridian Title & Escrow, LLC.  Over the years, Jim has been very involved in the community as a member of various clubs and organizations such as the Chamber of Commerce, the Association of Realtors, the local Builders Association, State Building Industry Association and the Association of Professional Mortgage Women. His experience in all aspects of Title and Escrow make him an invaluable resource. His forward thinking and proactive attitude keep North Meridian Title & Escrow in the greatest position to assist anyone through any real estate transaction with the best possible results.

Mary came to us in 1998 having been a licensed realtor in the Wenatchee Valley.  Beginning in customer service she held a variety of positions within the Title Department over the next five years. In 2003 she became our area Sales Representative.  Acting more as a liaison between our office and our customers assisting in different areas such as training and education; committee and community involvement; area promotions; website applications, etc.  In September 2009 she was promoted to VP of Administrative Operations and is Executive Assistant to Jim Blair.

Tina Carroll is no rookie to the escrow business. She obtained her Limited Practice License in 1987. Whether the deal involves a first time home buyer, a seller financed property, is part of a 1031 tax deferred exchange or other special circumstances, she has the experience, knowledge and skills to handle the transaction. Tina joined our team in 1990 when she and her family made the Valley their home. Her belief in the “All American Dream” of home ownership gives her the determination to see each transaction to its completion.  She strives to make the process hassle free for her customers.

Vianey joined our team in 2004 bringing with her an extensive background from years in the lending industry. It was the perfect credentials to have for her current position. She has been an Escrow Officer since 2004 and really enjoys it. Vianey primarily works with the Hispanic community but welcomes the opportunity to work with everyone. Tina Edwardson joined our team in May of 2007.  She prides herself in providing excellent costumer service before and after every transaction. Tina has been nominated as “Support Staff of the year” by the Realtors Association for two years in a row and has proven to be a valuable asset to our company. Outside of work Tina enjoys spending time with her family camping, traveling, and watching numerous basketball games. Billi Meinzer joined our team in May of 2000 as the production side of our office was switching to a computer generated plant.  She possesses a vast array of computer skills and is extremely organized.  Billi maintains the data base for plant production keeping recorded documents and the map image library up to date.  This is one of the main data bases used to produce our title reports.  In addition to her position in the title department, she loves to do things for other people.  One things she helps us with every year is coordinating the Children’s Home Society “Christmas for Kids” project for our office.  A true asset and valued member of our team.
